Rizumu Teion

Rizumu Teion is a cyborg UTAU who is a KAITO inspired character. Though he stands out as a youthful masculine UTAU with fluctuating range. He is bilingual with Japanese voicebanks and an English voicebank. He is a capable to sing in any genre, but he is oriented for Techno, EDM, and Rock.

Personality

Rizumu started out as a shy and cowardice cyborg, but eventually grew into a powerful position thanks to his important jobs. He had become more confident as he grew older and gained more experience. After joining the army, he's felt more of what he believed he lacked when he was younger. He is now more outgoing, positive and wants to help in anyway he can and he's persistent about it. He loves singing and dancing and just performing in general. He also has a massive sweet tooth and loves desserts. He tends to be a "himbo" as coined by some of his friends with selective knowledge. Otherwise he's a bit airheaded. His AI learned pretty slow if it wasn't for his antenna on the side of his head. He is also very loving to his friends, family and Merodi Ongaku, his lovely wife.

Abilities

Rizumu is an advanced Monome Cyborg that can mimic humans very accurately. He is able to show human emotion and feel sympathy and empathy. He mostly uses his advanced body to perform, sing, and dance, but after joining the army, he can do a lot more than he believed he was capable of. With the addition of a special feature known as "Combat Mode," he is able to unlock his hidden strength needed for the army. He is capable of combat and self defense. Rizumu had developed his own weapons for Combat Mode. Two long range attacks known as USB Impale and USB Electrocute. Large USB cables controlled by his vitals that have spikes or electrically charged prongs on the end of them.

Rizumu also has a special sword called the "Power Needle" which is a elongated neon power symbol with a skinny point. It's a summonable weapon he can have at anytime. Rizumu is considered a force in the R.Wian Army to serve the king who he is very close with.

Backstory

Rizumu started out as a WAV file on a Toshiba Laptop. Over time the laptop had begun gathering vocal data from the owner's voice. Though through some vocal enhancements from the laptop itself, the WAV file sounded more masculine. Through a "certain music program" this phenomon began to spread like a virus. Feeding off the laptop's data and it was a bit more aggressive due to another virus competing for the data. This formed an AI that was rapidly gaining the upper hand. The laptop recognized this as a virus attack and needed to be treated immediately. It was taken to a company known as Monome Cybernetics to extract the AIs. Especially the aggressive one.

Upon arrival, two bodies were made for this AI. Identical tall and thin vessels. The laptop was hooked up to one of them to begin the extracting process. However, the AI reacted very violently to this body. It had exploded the chest cavity, deeming the body uninhabitable and useless. The laptop had corrupted severely with the AI violent transfer so it was given some time and monitored screening so the AI wouldn't do such thing again. They later tried the second body which was indeed, successful! This marked the birth of Rizumu Teion.

Rizumu was getting used to his new body, having stumbled trying to walk, basic speech patterns and basically had the intelligence of a toddler in a teenaged body. The scientists made some minor adjustments which gave him a special antenna on the side of his head. This antenna allowed him to process data quicker and learn from it. The scientists celebrated that he was a success and wanted to give him positive emotions to learn since he was a pretty blank slate. He wasn't aware of many things, but all he knew was that he was alive and breathing. Over a few weeks he bonded with the scientists. Learning their names, their stories, why they wanted to help him. Though Rizumu couldn't stay with them forever. He needed to build a life of his own. He spent his final 24 hours with the scientists before he had his memory wiped. Mostly of the bond they had.

Rizumu later attended UTAU Bilingual Music Academy(UBMA) where he learned to sing in both Japanese and English. Though he felt ambitious to try other things like fashion and cosmetology through his academic career. He was mostly interested in management and wanted to feel organized and learn about entertainment since he wanted to be an idol, but also know the industry and what it takes to manage being an idol. He dreamed of traveling the world and uniting people through music. Though during his time, he met a girl named Merodi Ongaku. He was very fond of her voice and sang along with her whenever he heard her singing. Though she got embarrassed a bit. They began to date short after since they felt like they clicked. Rizumu discovered feelings and told Merodi about his dreams, but he could tell that she was going to miss him.

When he did graduate, He tried to set off for his journey but quickly realized he was doing far more than he was capable. He returned home to Harmony Town where he reconnected with Merodi by entering her singing competition. He realized he needed to start small, work his way up and find being a local idol and manager for him and Merodi would be doable.

Later down the line, a new monarch had just been crowned in the R.W Kingdom and was interested in meeting Rizumu. He was hesitant at first, but thought it was a good opportunity to meet the new King. It was hinted that the king needed recruits to his personal army as he is granted when starting his place as a new monarch. He found Rizumu interesting and offered him to join. Though Rizumu refused at first, thinking he was weak, useless and unfit for the army. He was made for entertainment and nothing more than that. However, the king felt like there was more to Rizumu than even he knew about. Potential. The king spoke in a way that convinced Rizumu to at least try out the army and he can leave anytime. Rizumu considered after being told that he is important and capable of many things and that he will make mistakes, but can pick back up.

To this day, Rizumu is so glad that he was talked into the army. He felt more confident in himself and had grown very close with the king and his fellow knights. He also became widely known thanks to the army and Monome Cybernetics backing him up for being one of their most successful creations. He began to work 3 important jobs with being an idol, manager, and now an R.Wian Knight. He was also given combat mode by the king himself, who learned that Rizumu had a lot of struggles, but he wanted to help Rizumu find his potential as not just a knight or cyborg, but him as a person.
