Art by RiRaRu
Arka is an angel artificial in origin. She's a spiritual creature with elements of techonogy and electric devices.
Arka swiftly moves where there's cracks in the matter, but doesn't do it for anything useful other than observing people or standing behind them until they notice, to provoke a reaction.
Has severe problems with empathy, she enjoys observing human interaction, but doesn't have a metric for right or wrong, so she may do harm, yet doesn't directly do things that would make people turn away from her completely, to have more possibilities to be present in interesting events of human lives.
The voicebank has some phonemes to support Japanese
