An inanimate UTAU made from various sounds associated with umbrellas (an umbrella opening, rain and snow falling on an umbrella, and wind). A karakasa obake with a distinct dislike of cars.
He was run over by a car while gaining sentience, and has had a dislike of them (and humans) ever since. Paranoid and very distrustful, has episodes of both mania and depression, very rude to most people.
Both of his banks are a bit unwieldy and hard to use, but V2 is a big improvement over V1, with a V3 on it's way!
